Modern Humanitarian center
named after W. Shakespeare

PO Modern Humanitarian center named after W. Shakespeare (Training center “Driver”) was founded in October 2006 in the city of Khujand.

The founder and director of the center is Hamida Umarboevna Urunova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Doctor of Socialogical Sciences. The founder of the center is Jumaev Dilovar Umarboevich, a senior teacher of English.

The main purpose of establishing the center is teaching foreign languages such as English, Russian and German, as well as teaching humanitarian discipline of intensive character such as philosophy, psychology, human studies and sociology courses in English.

During the year of its operation, the center has more than 2000 graduates, many of whom have been and are being trained in such foreign countries as the USA, Canada, Great Britain, China, Russia, Turkey and etc.

The main focus of the center is the formation of a modern intelligent humanist, with a rich spiritual world, the education of harmoniously developing personality, aware of their culture and traditions, as well as world trends in the development of culture. Such kind of process of becoming a personality in the center is realized simultaneously with the process of learning English that indicates about the necessity of knowing English for a modern person. After all, it was not for nothing that it received the name “Modern Humanitarian Center named after W. Shakespeare”
